LA with the Mosaic and FanStory Gals

My trip to LA with the FS gals and I:

We had a royal blast and even had everyone around us laughing. It was so warm I had to go buy some T-shirts to wear or roast to death. My hair wouldn't even stay dry, so I just let it go in little wet ringlets. My well-endowed friend, Gayle (that's her in the red Jag), couldn't find her bras in the move to her new house and we had to go to Target to buy her one. One of the other gals, Norma (who I thought would be a little stuffy) turned out to have the funnest sense of humor (as did her friend, Jo). What wits!

Eight of us had a marvelous luncheon at a restaurant like the Space Needle near LAX. We were having so much fun, people at nearby tables were turned towards us and laughing like hyennas. Our yummy looking waiter joined the fun and pretended to put his tips in his belt while wiggling his hips. It was just marvelous. Even though my cheeks are aching from laughing nonstop and I'm broke, I want to do it again next week.

I really needed the break and it couldn't have been better in any way. Gayle is a genius and a terrific hostess.
